- HazCom/GHS programme elements, SDS requirements, and labelling.

Module 3 – Physical Hazards & Energy Control
- Electrical safety, arc flash awareness, grounding, and lockout/tagout.

Module 4 – Health Protection & Ergonomics
- PPE programmes, fit, and maintenance responsibilities.

Module 5 – Construction Focus (Track Specific)
- Focus Four hazards: falls, struck-by, caught-in/between, and electrical.

- Excavation, trenching, concrete, steel erection, and confined space entry.
Module 6 – Programme Management & Continuous Improvement
- Incident investigation, OSHA 300 recordkeeping, and reporting timelines.
- Emergency action planning, drills, and coordination with external responders.
- Developing inspections, audits, and KPI dashboards for leadership visibility.
The programme comprises 30 contact hours supplemented by knowledge checks and applied exercises:
- Module quizzes covering regulatory interpretations and hazard controls.
- Short practical assignments such as job hazard analyses and toolbox talk plans.
- OSHA-authorised final exam (online or paper-based) administered via our IASP/NASP partner.
- Successful delegates receive the official OSHA 30 completion card issued by the U.S. Department of Labor through our partner.
